UNIQUE WATER QUALITY OF BAIKAL WATER

The deep water of Baikal is unique on its 5 grounds:

1. High content of natural dissolved oxygen (12 mg/l) improves oxygen supply to an organism, which in turn triggers the «oxidative detoxification».
2. It has a negative value of the redox potential, and can be considered as sufficiently powerful antioxidant. This water restores the immune system and has powerful reducing properties.
3. The pH value of the Baikal water – 7,6 and the human body pH are almost identical. it means an absence of any irritative factors in the Baikal water and it is digested well by the human body including infants.
4. Low content of deuterium (heavy «toxic water») and oxygen isotope-18, distinguish the Baikal water as a «light» water (Low content of deuterium and accordingly harmful «heavy water» and oxygen isotope-18, distinguishes the Baikal water as a «light» water.
5. Low salinity of the Baikal water is considered to prevent various diseases, which are usually caused by high calcium content.
